We started out in May 2022 serving boba tea that are made to order. Our drinks are gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free and vegan.
Sometime in 2023, we introduced our slow-roasted pork belly on a rotisserie grill. We've also included a breakfast sandwich with croissant, egg, cheese and pork belly.
Everything from the dry rub, pork belly, rice to the chili lime sauce (even the grill) are all made in-house. Every food item on our menu is made fresh to order on the spot.

Boba Shark Beverages
Boba tea is a tea-based drink that originated in Taiwan in the 1980’s.
Traditionally it is a dessert drink that combines milk tea with caramelized tapioca pearls.
You can enjoy this refreshing drink as a fruit tea boba, milk tea boba, or lemonade boba. Quality is of highest importance to us, therefore, our bobas, teas, and lemonades are all made one hour prior to opening.
All of our drinks are gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and vegan.

Roast Pork Belly
To complement our drinks, we recently pivoted to also include food on our menu, the roasted pork belly.
Slow roasted over an open flame, the pork bellies are rendered down and sliced to order. The pork belly can be served over a hot bed of steaming jasmine rice or in a toasted buttery croissant with egg and cheese.
