Boba Shark was established in May of 2022 in the hopes of bringing accessibility to a variety of gluten free, nut free, and vegan boba teas to the Bradenton and Sarasota area.
We've had the pleasure to serve as far as Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, Lakeland, Punta Gorda, and Clearwater.
We enjoy introducing cultural cuisines that we love to first timers and bringing people of all ages together through the love of food and drinks.
Boba Shark Beverages
Boba tea is a tea-based drink that originated in Taiwan in the 1980’s.
Traditionally it is a dessert drink that combines milk tea with caramelized tapioca pearls.
You can enjoy this refreshing drink as a fruit tea boba, milk tea boba, or lemonade boba. Quality is of highest importance to us, therefore, our bobas, teas, and lemonades are all made one hour prior to opening.
All of our drinks are gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and vegan.

Boba Shark Bites
To complement our drinks, we recently pivoted to also include food on our menu, the roasted pork belly.
Slow roasted over an open flame, the pork bellies are rendered down and sliced to order. The pork belly can be served over a hot bed of steaming jasmine rice or in a toasted buttery croissant with egg and cheese.
